Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations

All donations made through this website are voluntary contributions towards charitable, religious, educational, healthcare, and community welfare activities conducted by the Trust.

Refund Policy

As donations are made voluntarily for charitable purposes, donations are generally non-refundable.

However, refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• • Duplicate donation transactions
• • Multiple deductions due to technical issues
• • Incorrect donation amount due to payment gateway errors
• • Unauthorized transactions reported by the donor

Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

The request should include:

• • Donor Name
• • Donation Receipt Number
• • Payment Transaction ID
• • Contact Details
• • Reason for Refund Request

Approval of Refunds

All refund requests shall be reviewed individually by the Trust. The decision of the Trust shall be final and binding.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7 to 15 business days to reflect in the donor's account depending upon banking and payment gateway procedures.

Cancellation

Once a donation has been successfully processed, cancellation requests are generally not permitted.
